Carl Guillaume is the cofounder, health and fitness guru of Mind Body Soul Elite Training. He is a certified Personal Trainer with IFTA and Johnny G Spinning. He has been in the health and fitness industry in the Rancho Cucamonga area for over 10 years. Carl has worked with over 1,000 people transforming their lives with educating the mind through nutrition counseling, transforming the body with High Intensity interval training, and invigorating the soul with (NLP)Neural Linguistic Programming.  Carl continues to further his education with new and innovated fitness training techniques. He believes and tells his clients, it’s not just about weight loss, it’s about bringing you back to health as well.

Together with her business and life partner Carl, Amy Guillaume is cofounder of Mind Body Elite Training. She has had a passion for nutrition and working out all of her life. She loves coming up with new and unique recipes to encourage her clients to have a more plant based lifestyle. Adapting a vegan plant based lifestyle alongside Carl in 2012, she understands the importance of getting a well balanced, nutritious, and satisfying dish at each meal time. Just because it’s good for you, it doesn’t have to be tasteless is what she tells her clients. Amy has a personal training certification through NCCPT. She has a B.A. in Social Science and is a credentialed K-12 teacher.
