All exercises (except #7)  performed :45/:15 rest 1-3 rounds

1-2 min off in between rounds…depending on fitness level…

  1. Db burpees
  2. Kb swing
  3. Db floor or bench press
  4. Db Lunges 
  5. Push up 3 right/3 left
  6. Barbell or db thruster
  7. Mb side throws :30 right/:l3 left 
  8. Db front lateral raise 
  9. Db punchouts
  10. Superman’s

Ab workout #7 (go back to back each workout 1-6… :30 rest in between rounds)

  1. Jump rope 1min :30 regular :30 alternate 
  2. Ab roller 3×30
  3. Pull ups 3×15
  4. Db rotation 3×30
  5. Plank 3x 1min hold
  6. Knee kicks 3×30
