  6. Russian twist 3×30 

Ab workout (go back to back each workout 1-6… :30 rest in between rounds)

  1. Medicine ball in/out 4×20
  2. Medicine ball v-ups 4×20
  3. Medicine ball russian twist 4×30
  4. Pull ups 4×20
  5. Hollow rock 4x :30
